Admin — managing crew
Open the Crew tab (signed in as admin).
Add crew
The Add crew form at the top: name, email, number, team.
- With an email, they can sign in immediately — the Cloudflare Access allow-list is updated the moment you save, and the confirmation tells you how many emails are on it.
- Without an email they’re listed (and can be marked on events) but can’t sign in yet.
Edit crew
edit on their row: fix a spelling, change the email/number/team, then Save. The sign-in list is updated on save too.
Block sign-in (never delete)
There is no delete. If someone should stop having access, use Block sign-in in their edit form.
- They can no longer log in or change anything.
- They stay on the crew list and all their attendance history is kept.
- Allow sign-in again reverses it.
This also updates the Access allow-list.
Who counts as crew
Everyone on this list, including people with no email (older names carried over from the spreadsheet). Add an email whenever someone needs to sign in.
