Help — Ellwood Collective Racing Community

Two things live on sailing.ellwood.ch: this website (race reviews, results, announcements — everything public) and the Crew Calendar (who’s sailing which event, with sign-in). Pick what you need:

The website

• Browsing the website — sections, search, newest-first results
• Reading race reviews and results — inline PDFs, photos, dates
• Commenting on a race review — your name, email, and Steve’s approval
• Subscribing to updates — email (and RSS if you use a reader)

The Crew Calendar

• Signing in to the calendar — email code, no password
• My events — your upcoming events in one list
• Changing your attendance — Confirmed / Attending / Maybe / Can’t make it
• Reading the calendar — colours, counts, strike-throughs, past events
• Crew list — who’s who, emails and numbers (signed-in only)

For Steve (admin)

• Admin — managing events — create, edit, delete, “boat not going”
• Admin — managing crew — add, edit, block sign-in, the Access allow-list
• Admin — settings and notifications — admin email, programmes, crew needed
• Admin — moderation and the comments sweep — approving comments; comments written back into race notes after two weeks
