Signing in to the calendar
The calendar is public to read. To change anything you sign in — with your email, no password.
How it works
- Tap Sign in (top right) on any calendar page.
- Enter the email Steve has on the crew list for you.
- You’ll be sent a 6-digit code by email. Type it in.
That’s it — you’re in for about a month on that device. Each device (phone, laptop) signs in separately, once.
Who can sign in
Only email addresses on the crew list. If yours isn’t recognised, ask Steve to add it — it takes him a minute (Crew → edit → add email), and you’ll get a code on your next try.
The code email
- Comes from noreply@notify.cloudflare.com (sign-in) or calendar@sailing.ellwood.ch (My events codes).
- First time, check your spam/junk folder.
- A code expires in 10 minutes. Just request a fresh one.
Two ways in
- Sign in (Cloudflare Access) — for changing attendance, managing events/crew (admin), and seeing the crew list.
- My events — a lighter code just to view your own events; see My events.
