Reading the calendar
The calendar lists every event across the programmes. Public to read.
Programmes (tabs across the top)
- Olson 30 Main (blue) and Olson 30 Ladies (pink)
- RS21 (green)
- Hours Aweigh (orange)
Each row shows
- Date and time (multi-day events show start–end).
- Event name and category.
- Count — how many are going out of how many are needed, e.g. 5/6. Green when full, red when short. Hours Aweigh has no limit.
- Crew names, styled by status.
The status styles (they match Steve’s spreadsheet)
- ✓ Bold — Confirmed
- plain — Attending
- grey italic? — Maybe
red strike-through— Can’t make it (was going, now not)struck event— a past event, or one the boat is not going to
Past events are hidden by default; use Show past events (top right) to see them.
Colour = programme, not status
Blue, pink, green and orange always mean the programme. Status is shown by weight and style, so the colours never mean two things.
